..He never actually claims to own any of those 
cels.  Naturally, one would assume it's implied 
by the fact that he's displaying them, but he 
never actually says such.  In fact, if you look 
at his site update section, he mentions finding 
"rare images."  And from what I noticed, the cel 
gallery was really the only image gallery on the 
site.
I have to wonder if the kid really has any clue 
at all what he's doing.  He may not realize that 
stealing the images is wrong, or that he's 
implying ownership by displaying others' cels.  
Not that I'm saying it justifies his 
image-swiping, but it's something to consider..
