but it didnt matter that the seller would ship 
internationally or that everyone knew about it. 
the point is that even though there was two 
people who really wanted it, the price can go way 
high if someone has a high max, not the fact that 
there was someone pushing the price up on purpose 
or a lot of people bidding on it
