Hmmmm....I took a look at this cel, & began 
thinking....Could this be a fancel?  It looked 
awfully good to me when I first saw it, & then I 
looked closer.  Some of the lines look 
wobbly...Lines on finished cels aren't wobbly.  
Also, they seem to be all hand-inked...Not very 
common in most cels...Since there's thousands in a 
production....Oh well...just my thoughts...Check
