Yeah, can understand that. But all the cel shops 
I go to are top dealers, Taro, Asylum and Usagi's 
house...the ones on the "Dealer's I" page and the 
really cheap place is Gambit, which is a nice 
shop, but I've seen other cels go for more than 
150 at the top places. Some of those cels I think 
are not worht that much, but that's just me. Some 
I think do. And think my cel is up there. 
Everyone has their own budget and mine says 150 
is way way cheap. Gah, just bought $456 dollars 
worth of Tasuki cels, and 150 for a Tasuki shot 
that only had one eye open and such-but was 
great. A lot of cels will have things in it, like 
a hand or wing in the way, but it doesn't dis-
count the value of a cel I think. 

I just know FY and my value on the cel goes for 
that which I think is very cheap, considering 
there is no $5-8 dollars charge on shipping and 
insurance which I'm paying myself.
