Most of the cel is the back of Tamahome.  That's
probably what was meant by B quality cel.  I
don't watch Fushigi Yuugi and don't know this 
scene, so a cel like this to me is worth maybe
$10.  I'm sure to someone who enjoyed the scene
or is searching hard for these characters, the
cel is worth more.  Beauty and worth is in
the eye of the collector... "nice quality" can
refer to the condition of the plastic/paint,
but grading refers to the image itself (eyes
open, large image, color, poses, etc).  Because
your cels are clean and in excellent condition
doesn't make them A quality cels.  And again
I wouldn't pay $150 for the backside of a 
character, but that's just me.

From what I've seen of the market, Fushigi
Yuugi cels seem to go for crazy prices, so I'm
sure you'll find someone who wants to pay that
price.  Either that or become desperate and
drop the price.  :)  Hey, it happens...

Forgive me for not posting my name, I don't feel
too strongly on the subject since I don't care
for the images/show and am not a F.Y. expert :P,
and I don't feel like dealing with any flames.
