Can sellers request CC# verification as was used 
to be possible on US Yahoo? Maybe that was it. 
The only thing is, it had the same link to 
the "notice" that the emails about the new 294 
yen a month thing had... Who knows, cause it's 
gone now, I've since bid on things like I said.
