I found some cels on Yahoo Japan I have just GOT 
to have!! The pages say that the bidder WILL ship 
internationally.  Now my question:
I already have a regular Yahoo Auction ID, do I 
need to sign up for a new Japanese one, too so 
that I can use Japan auctions?  How would I do 
that?  Or do I still need to enlist the help of 
people like Celga.com?  Please help me quick! 
These auctions are ending very soon! In about 8 
hours even!!!!
