Can you tell me if they have set up the page yet 
for us to register? I haven't heard anything from 
them yet (I've been waiting for the message) but 
I also have been having problems with my ISP 
blocking out *ALL* addresses ending in ".jp", so 
I don't know if they might have sent something 
that I didn't receive.

And thank you very much for letting us know. I 
didn't think they would close it off to 
foreigners - that wouldn't make too much sense. 
It isn't like they don't want foreign bids - they 
already make room for sellers to accept foreign 
bids - they just want to double check the ID 
holders.
