am but anyone figured out how to add a credit 
card to the account yet? or are we suppose to 
wait till the rules actaully change? As for how 
to sign up for a YJ account, you are suppose to 
know *some* Japanese. Many times even the sellers 
who ship internationally are very poor in English 
and it can cause problems if you don't know any 
Japanese at all
