The longest email turnaround I've had from Gambit 
was 1 and a half days, while the shortest was a 
half-hour ^_~

The only times I've personally ever experienced a 
lack of reply from them is when I blithely send 
my order to the wrong email address, since there 
are two on the page.  Make sure you sent your 
order to rjself@aol.com, and not to 
retief@gte.net (the former owner).
