I don't understand tbus point of view. The cel 
dealers are more then likely going to also be 
collectors. Most that I know of collect as well 
as sell. They have worked hard making contacts, 
and going to Japan, so of course they are going 
to have very high quality cels in their personal 
collection. I don't condemn them for that fact at 
all.
