You want worse than resellers, how about shillers 
and deadbeat buyers? AND how about the dealers 
that freaking collect nearly every nice looking 
cel for nearly every series ever made?! Shesh, 
its no wonder the average cel collector only has 
b-d graded cels and not 1 of the premium ones. 
Its not like there aren't people willing nor 
capable of buying but its b/c so... damn many 
dealers freaking hoard them away for their own 
collections. Shesh, share will ya. Take a page 
from Nick at Anime Chaos and limit what you 
collect to one or two series NOT every freaking 
one! Most people just hope that they can someday 
get a chance to buy a high grade cel  but how the 
hell can they when all the nice cels are snatched 
up quicker than lightening by dealers for their 
own collections? I know dealers have the right to 
do this since they hunted the cels down 
themselves via their contacts in Japan, but it 
honest to god sucks when you look at someone's 
gallery YANN and CURT and you see that they have 
a freaking SHIIIITTT load of cels from the 
majority of the most popular cels. Damn there is 
something inherently wrong about that!
