What's the URL, I'd love to see it.  I am a student 
too and don't have the time (or patience) to cruise 
the net much these days.

Now for my opinion.  To buy or not buy that is the 
question.  
Well, if you are buying the cel for an investment 
and don't think you can sell it later for at least 
what you paid, then don't buy it.
If you really love the cel and plan on keeping it 
forever or until you get tired of cel collecting, 
etc, then go for it, otherwise you will kick 
yourself later when you see it in someone elses 
gallery.
