I think I know which cel you are talking about, I 
almost bought it as well cause it was so sweet!  
But, that's what I call an impulse buy.  I have 
no real attatchment to the character, so it'd be 
sort of a waste for me.  I would tell you that, 
unless you just really like the picture, enough 
that you ARE willing to take a loss on it later 
if you resell it, dont buy it.  It IS a bit 
pricey, for a shot of her, but it's also a really 
sweet pic.  I dont know, I suppose Id think on it 
more, but, if you know that later on you'd be 
selling it, it's not worth it.  I think to buy a 
cel that you'd even consider selling within the 
next year or so, is not worth it.  I keep passing 
up Tasuki's...Id like to have one, but not one Id 
resell later.  And unfortunately, all the REALLY 
nice Tasuki's are way too expensive.  Im willing 
to pay 300$  for a Nuri, but not a Tasuki--unless 
it's just to die for, which they never are these 
days--those fans have them tightly locked away I 
am sure :).  Poor cels, its like they're unwanted 
pets--they're cute and nice for awhile, then you 
think "What have I gotten myself into?".  I think 
to resell them is sort of...well...mean!  Haha!  
That's just me though, my art is like my 
children, so, I think of the cels the same way.
