I really don't believe that story about most of 
the Cels being burnt.  I just returned from Japan
yesterday, not many nice Cels there but...quite
a few Mononoke Cels!  Prices ran from $1600 for a 
beautiful San w/mask to $3300 for San (bloodied)
riding on Moro...Awesome!!!  Lots of Cels from the
fight sequence between San, Ashitaka, and Lady 
Eboshi ($2000-2800).  I don't know what their 
asking...but that's the Cel picture in Japan 
right now!
