The deputy service has been trying to contact the 
seller with no success.  I just found that out 
today when I went to your site and saw the cel.  
So I asked the deputy service about it and that's 
what they told me. When I wrote the first post, I 
wasn't trying to say anything was wrong with your 
site or the cel.  It just alerted me that 
something might be wrong. Thank goodness it did 
or I would have been left in the dark. Here is
