it is somewhat injustice, I just obtain this cel 
in Japan in person, if you have the problem with 
the seller you bought from, you should just 
contact them directly, and ask them about the cel 
and what happen to the money you sent.

by the way may I ask who the seller you bought it 
from? and how much?

certainly, it is unfortunately you did not get 
your cel, I felt your pain, but again it is still 
between you and the seller who sold you the cel, 
so contact them.
