If you are lucky enough to have a friend who is 
both practical and understands, they can be an 
absolute lifesaver.  My best friend (who was my 
roommate last year but doesn't go to this school 
anymore ;_;) is as big an anime fan as me, but is 
more practiacal in terms of (me) spending money.

Me: I got a new cel!!

Her: ......... how much was it.

Me: $_____

Her:  Okay, that's reasonable.  And that's a 
great cel!  I love it!

I'm so glad she will be with me at ACen.... she 
will keep me from blowing money I don't have 
^^;;;  Friends like that can be great ^^
