I totally agree with you!

If she wants a cel that doesn't ship 
internationally, there are a couple of services 
that will do it for you.

She SHOULD NOT BE ABUSING YOUR FRIENDS.

At least, I don't think she should. It seems rude 
to me and a basic violation of your friendship. 

What to do?

Well, if you've already asked her to stop and she 
hasn't, I guess there isn't much else to do. 
Maybe reason with her and explain that *every* 
cel that comes along isn't a dream cel. Ask what 
she's going to do when one she can't live without 
comes up and then she can't even bid for it 
because she's used up all your good graces and 
those of your friend.

Maybe she hasn't thought about it, and maybe she 
doesn't realize what a pain she's being.
