Yow....you know, I dont have proof that it's 
happened to me...but I have a feeling that it 
did.  A long time ago, a few years back in fact, 
a seller promised me a Nuriko, but then changed 
their minds as well.  A few months after that I 
saw the same cel on someone else's site!  I dont 
know what to tell you, except to make 
friends!!!!!!!  I have found that it pays in the 
future to have someone in your pocket.  It's sort 
of sad that dealers ARE that way.  I think a true 
fan should always win out over the one with more 
money.  And NO, Im not hypocratic in that way.  I 
can sit here and be perfectly honest to tell 
everyone that I would never tell someone Id sell 
them something, and then not do it just for money 
reasons.  First come, first serve.  Hell, Ive 
even ended Ebay auctions for someone who had 
backed out on one of my cels, then decided later 
they really wanted it.  It's fair.  But sadly, 
money talks....not fandome...it sucks...
