Oh oh oh!  I want to join in, but, okay get ready 
for my dumb question:

What IS a cel panel?

I mean, what do you do, talk about, bring?  Im 
afraid I wont be terribly interesting, as I only 
have 3 cels (ahhh, but they are so nice)!  Id 
like to come and see what's up anyways!  Im just 
going to see Watase, I dont really care what I 
miss or see. I do want to see some stuff in the 
viewing room(s) if they have any.  I really want 
to see Tenshi and Ayashi no Ceres.  So, I'll most 
likely be free if somone needs help!
