Ok...I've been collecting for about half a year
now...so I'm not a total newbie BUT in terms of
price, I haven't watched that long.

So, right now there are a couple of cels that I'm
interested in (on dealer sites) but I can't or
don't want to buy it at the price it's at right
now.  

I'm wondering *if* prices drop?  I mean...these
cels have just sat there for awhile.  When (if
ever) do the dealers just drop the price?  

I guess I *could* sell more cels to buy it...but
there doesn't seem to be a rush since no one else
is buying the cels either...
