I meant to say x-sjis instead of Iso-8859-1 
throughtout the last e-mail.

However, I just realized that x-sjis encoding is 
converted to Shift-JIS when I save the file. So 
the two pages I listed are exactly the same. 
I still would like people to let me know if these 
pages are better than my first attempt.
