Well, next week, hopefully I will get a cel 
signed by Watase. I would think it would be best 
signed for the creator, who actually created it, 
like did the manga or even the series or the main 
person behind it's creation. I dunno, unless 
someone had a favorite director or another person 
and wanted it signed. I guess it would be up to 
what the owner of the cels likes in a certain 
series, if they admire the artist or the director 
or whatever. I personaly would want it signed by 
the creator like Watase for example in a FY or 
ANC cel or something. Because she pretty much is 
the bomb. Gah, dunno how to put it. She very 
talented! ^^ But voice actors! Never thought 
about that! Gah, for some odd miracle reason, and 
doubt this would happen, would not mind 
Nobutoshi, or is that Kanna Nobutoshi? Forgot 
which part he dropped sign a cel of mine, or 
Seki! Well, if I had a Chichiri cel, then that 
would be even better for some reason! I'd die to 
get a voice actor to sign my cel, but then again, 
that is highly a miracle situation in which I'd 
have to be somewhere in Japan or 
something...dunno. Does anyone have any cels 
signed by Japanese voice actors?
