I know this topic has been discussed by many..but 
I don't remember it specifically relating to who 
should sign a cel. I'm wondering, would it be 
weird to have a director of the anime or movie to 
autograph a cel, or is it a thing reserved for 
artists and voice actors?
and I know some people have said getting it 
signed on another layer of acetate, but is it bad 
to have it directly signed on the white part of a 
cel?
