Sorry I don't want to kill the server and a good 
time for some countries is not good for others.

But it is going to be between 12am and 16pm
sometime in those 16 hours ;)

Important points:
* Cels.org keep track will not update.
* Our mailing list will *may* not go out.
* Only the members area will show the
discounted prices.
