That stinks. I don't know why people get such a 
joy from screwing around on Ebay. At any rate, 
even if she didn't complete the transaction, she 
had to either outbid someone who was willing to 
pay close to that amount, or someone who was 
willing to pay close to that amount was trying to 
outbid her.  My point is, which I think we can 
all agree on, is this:

High Japanese interest   High non-Japanese 
interest   scarce cels = high prices

As a cel buyer, it's certainly not an equation 
that I like being apart of. :(
