As far as the books, getting the first one wasnt 
too hard, but getting the second has proved a 
nightmare.  The first time I tried to get a copy 
the seller sent me volume 1 instead, and when I 
told them about it they no longer had the volume 
I wanted!  (Before you ask.. sorry I hawked the 
second copy on ebay a while ago.) I am Sooo 
excited to finally have my hands on this book!
