I agree with Misa. Maybe you nor I may be willing
to throw down that kind of cash for a GW opening
cel of that quality, but I'm sure in today's
market that there are people who will (And did!).
And Taro knows this. We're not talking about some
young, start-up cel dealer looking to cash in on
the latest craze. Taro has been around for years,
and I'm sure they are more than knowledgable of
the cel market. If cels start to sit on their
site, they will adjust prices accordingly.
I don't like high cel prices either, but the fact
of the matter is that anime is getting more and
more popular by the second. And whether we like
it or not, more people with seemingly endless
amounts of cash will be entering this hobby and
those folks will have a big impact on prices. Cel
dealers would be stupid not to take advantage of
that. I hate to say it, but I really think it's
going to get worse. :(
