I do believe its from the SMR season.  When the 
senshi go to Crystal Tokyo to help save :chibi 
usa mom.  I think its the episode where Sailor 
Moon tries to use the crystal on Neo -Queen.  She 
puts her hand on the locket and asks if they 
think it will work!
