it looks like it's from either 1st season SM or 
Sailor Moon R.  The cresent moon choker is 
the clue.  If i had to be specific though i'd 
guess it was from SMR.  i'm not too sure 
though; the way her eyes and nose are drawn 
kinda falls in between seasons.
