Yes, I have done that, but only AFTER asking in 
the Q&A section (in Japanese) if they will do so.
I have friends to help me with Japanese 
translation. Usually their problem is that they 
don't want to have to use English to sell to you. 
If you approach them in Japanese, many are much 
more friendly, although some will still not wish 
to sell to overseas for other reasons.
