Well, I asked about Street Fighter Zero cels once
to Shogo and here's what he said...

"There was no popularity in "Street Fighter Zero"
in Japan at all. When there is no popularity, it
is often thrown away as it is.
It may be difficult to find this Cel."

This may be the reason why it's so hard to get
cels from this series. Believe me, I've tried! ^_^
