Im curious has anybody every seen any cels (or have 
any for us to see) from the opening of the oavs 
from the first series(im talking about the one with 
no song, just music)

or maybe any from the opening of the oav el 
hazards..ive never seen any and wondered what 
happened to them?

and why isnt there alot of street fighter 
cels...there are a whole bunch of series yet not 
alot of cels..what happen to them...
