Hanken cels generally go for several hundred bucks
to several thousands bucks in Japan.  Afterall,
it depends on the popularity of the series.  

Actually, many hanken cels are kept in the studios
or by the artists themselves, some of them cannot
be sold to the market due to the licensing 
problems.
