Love HIna is CG, EX-D is probably cel, not sure
about Kotetsu Tenshi Kurumi.  
Yeah, more new TV animes are now done in CG, like
One Piece, Digimon and Gate Keepers...etc.  By
the way, there's one episode of Gate Keepers that
is made by cels so far (the studio has not enough
time to finish the task before the deadline, so
they contracted it to another smaller studio for
helping out, but that studio could only do cel).
I heard that's the case for the Rurouni Kenshin
OVA too.
