Yes, I believe you are right.  I just checked all 
their cel auctions and I cannot see any questions 
posted.  This person just put several more out 
there, one of which I just won about 1-2 hours 
ago off of eBay (I just had to have that Minako 
cel ^_^).

I have sent in a Yahoo Member Conduct - Abuse 
Feedback form.  I think that was the right place 
to send in a complaint of this type.  I tried to 
give as much details as possible.  We'll see if 
it does any good.  I hope so!!
