Yes, most of them are obviously from AWS, some
are probably from Mandarake.  That person probably
bought several hundred of those 100 yen cels from
the bargain boxes.  I am pretty sure most of the
cels are from unknown series that nobody wants.
The reserve price is liked $1500, wow.  Those
bargain bin cels probably worth $300-500 at most.
