The hand-painted reproduction cels mostly use 
xerox lines, same quality like a production cel.
Certain reproduction cels have a bit more higher
quality, like those You're under Arrest ones.
Machine reproduction cels are just liked a laser 
color copy on a transparency to me.  It's liked
if you find a good picture from the magazine, then
brings it to KINKO for reprinting it on the 
transparent acetete.  I definitely rather go for
the hand-painted reproduction cels instead of
the machine prints.  For machine prints, you 
should rather just buy a poster and display it,
it doesn't feel like a cel when you hold it.
