deteriorate on cels -- followed by cracking or
flaking of the paint, and then general fading
of colors.

Has anyone experimented with methods to
preserve or permanently fix the toner?

Preservation guides generally suggest using
UV-opaque material, but I don't think this
goes far enough.

What about restoration of faded or flaked
toner?
