Then, you might try posting to CNET. I know they
have a peripheral/hardware forum somewhere, and
CNET has one of the largest public help places 
I know... You might also try the Hardware Central
Discussion 
Forums under "Peripherals."

Anyway, because your scanner happens to be SCSI, 
which is notorious for difficult setup, I can't 
help with anything specific ^_^'..
