If you are talking about Sato's service, then you 
must please understand that he probably recieves a 
countless amount of requests from people to bid on 
auctions for them a day. 

I believe that the 20% fee he charges is quite 
reasonable. I can imagine offering such a service 
would require a large part of his time, 
considering he must bid on all of these auctions, 
get in contact with the sellers when they end, he 
must also pay for the cel you have won, then he 
will contact you with the total when he recieves 
it (please correct me if I am wrong), then he must 
send it out to you. 

The fact that there is even someone at all out 
there devoted to helping overseas buyers is more 
than generous. You do not have to use his service 
if you do not wish to, it is simply if that cel 
that you want means that much to you.

I have had a very good experience with Sato, in 
which I wil be recieving my first cel from him 
soon.
