Hi, I think I know one person that might have
SilverHawks cels:

He used to work on both Thundercats and
SilverHawks!  You can see his name in the end
credits on the production staff!  I know he still
has some Thundercats cels for sale, plus I think
he has one SilverHawks cel as well.

As for Mummies Alive!, I haven't seen a single cel
from that show at all 8(.  Actually, it's pretty
difficult to find ANY cels from those BKN shows,
but some are popping up (King Arthur and the
Knights of Justice has surfaced, plus some
Princess Gwenevere ones which I bought =).).  It's
probably because BKN shows don't have an official
distributor for their cels like Disney and Warner
Bros. have, making it difficult to find their
cels (the same goes for Hasbro/Sunbow, DIC, etc.)
according to what one cel gallery store owner told
me.

My suggestion is to keep searching and asking. 
Eventually, some will turn up (like my quest for
Princess Gwenevere).  I'm still searching for
Tenko and the Guardians of the Magic and My Little
Pony =).
