Ooo, jealousy! I adore your Keith cel! What an 
expression! (One of the things I want is a cel of 
Keith looking a bit mean. ^_^ All my cels of him 
are when he's looking cute and sweet. ^_^;;)

As for the lazer backgrounds, it might be the 
actual production background. Two of my Psychic 
Force cels come with lazer backgrounds (one is 
part of a multiple-layered background for which 
the *second* layer is watercolor) and from some 
other things I've heard, I've come of the opinion 
that they were used in production. Maybe yours 
was too. . . ?

I'd love to know for sure. ^_^
