Just wanted add my 2 cents. For me, it's a hassle 
to get an IPO. I love that Celga accepts Paypal. 
You figure that an IPO costs $3, which just about 
equal to Celga's bank transfer fee. 

On a related note, I've dealt with Sato on 
numerous occasions, and I highly reccommend his 
deputy service. It's just nice to have a 
alternative (Especially when Sato goes away on 
business and you're dream cel pops up! ^_^;)
