I think the service is good for an expensive cel.
If the cel is ended with a bid of 1000 yen, it's a 
waste of money to use his service because all the 
little costs is gonna adds up.  Like he said, the 
service fee with shipping will cost at least $36 
to 41.  

Depending the final price of the cel, I feel his 
service generally costs more than another service 
offering by Toru Sato.  Sato charges 20% for his
service fee which is good for cels under 5000 yen. 
Plus Sato doesn't charge $5 for the bank transfer 
fee.
