I have dealt with Anime-Taro for a couple
of years and the only time that I got a
really damaged cel it was a really cheap cel (so
though not noted as damaged the price 
you could say reflected its condition
once I got it in hand).  Overall, the
cels from Taro are in good to excellent shape.
