I've been buying cels from Anime Taro for a year 
and a half now, and have purchased around 25 cels 
from them.  I've been very happy with Anime Taro, 
and I have NEVER received a damaged cel from 
them.  If you are concerned about the condition 
of a cel, I would recommend sending them an email 
and asking about the condition of the cel.

IMHO, they are a very reputable cel dealer, and I 
highly recommend them.
