I've not seen the show, but I do like the artwork
of the male characters and I'm always looking for 
cels of them.

This could be the dark haired guy from Reideen the 
Superior...Sunrise 96.  The hair style and eyes 
are correct and the nose looks right too.  I don't 
know about the cloths though as I haven't seen 
Reideen.  Looks close as a few backgrounded cels
from Reindeen have shown up here and there.
