I could be wrong, but I believe that is a cel 
from Yakumo Tatsu (Eight Clouds). I'm no 
expert because I just found out about the 
show myself, but based on the style and the 
eye color/hair it definitely looks to me like it's 
one of the main characters from that show. I'm 
almost completely positive. I'm a little 
distressed to find it's been put on hold . . . 
hope the person who buys it knows it isn't 
Fushigi Yuugi. I would have bought it myself 
as a Yakumo Tatsu. Oh well.
